XP TimeSync download: Version 1.0 (10.4 KB) - Released November 13, 2002 description: This program changes how often Windows XP updates the system time, because Windows doesn't currently provide any easy way to do it. Despite its flashy name, all this program will do is change a setting in Windows XP. That's it. Of course, this means that you need Windows XP if you're going to run it. This program was made using Visual Studio .NET. This means that you will need the .NET framework to run it, which, unfortunately, is no small download.
